How information is used
InteroHB is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect or store your personal data on external servers. All session data, including heartbeat measurements and performance metrics, is stored locally on your device. Bluetooth is used solely to connect to compatible consumer-grade heart rate devices. Apple Watch and Apple Health data are used solely to provide heart rate readings during sessions and to save session data to Apple Health when you allow it. We do not use your data for tracking, advertising, or profiling.

No hidden tracking
How connections are used
Bluetooth is only used to connect to compatible consumer-grade heart rate devices. The InteroHB Apple Watch app sends heart rate readings to the InteroHB app on your paired iPhone. InteroHB does not use your data for advertising, tracking, or profiling.
Apple Watch and Apple Health
InteroHB works with Apple Watch through a companion Apple Watch app and integrates with Apple Health (HealthKit). Access to Apple Health is optional and is only granted with your permission.

The InteroHB Apple Watch app reads heart rate during your sessions and sends those readings to the InteroHB app on your paired iPhone. It is not sent to our servers.

Reading and writing Health data
With your permission, InteroHB may read heart rate data from Apple Health and write session data to Apple Health. You can review or change these permissions at any time in the Health app or in Settings.
Protection
How Health data is treated
Data obtained from Apple Health is not used for advertising or marketing, is not sold, and is not shared with third parties. It is used only to provide InteroHB's wellness features.

Premium features
InteroHB offers optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscription status may be used within the app to determine access to premium features.
Billing
App Store payments
All payments are processed securely by Apple through your App Store account. We do not have access to your full payment details. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings.

How to remove data
You can delete your data at any time by deleting the app from your device. Deleting the app does not remove data InteroHB saved to Apple Health; you can delete that data in the Health app. If cloud features are introduced in the future, additional data management options will be provided.
